From the inspection of the property to its final appraisal is a long way – a way which our certified appraisers, independently and with expertise, very quickly cover in a series of professional steps … and which does not end until the client is handed a neutral appraisal presenting a realistic and sustainable value.

LBImmoWert has established a strong position in the German market through its na-tionwide branch network. In general, however, we see further potential to be tapped in all real estate markets. Special focus is on those markets in which our existing clients will generate further business. As a service provider in the public sector for the Landes-banks and savings banks and their customers, we will continue to actively support these institutions in fulfilling their legal requirements.
