Our work is geared to international valuation standards required for international ac-counting in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). In line with our wide-ranging experience, we determine not only the sustainable mort-gage lending value but also real market values – pursuant to the Statutes of Basel II and the new minimum requirements of the risc-management (MaRisk).

Substantial properties in major foreign cities have also been valued. The expertise al-ready acquired, for example, serves the valuation of real estate in France, and the open-ing of a new branch in Paris provides a secure foundation for the continual expansion of activities in this region.
